



Activating a Move-Friendly world
TV viewing could lead to health problems such as obesity and diabetes, mainly because it increases sedentary time. Most of us spend a lot of time sitting while using our electronic devices, such as TV, computers, phones, and tablets. Moving and being active at this time is a great way to make watching TV, surfing the web, or using the phone healthier activities.
Don’t be a couch potato!
While watching TV/Videos

Stand and walk or jog in place

Do stretches or yoga asanas

Do exercises such as jumping jacks, squats, and lunges.

Use any household item to lift weights (be careful!)
