One of the main goals of the TEDx talk and VMove is to help overcome social barriers. Moving together in unconventional ways in public, and making VMove hand signal, logo and creactivities more visible through grassroots movements, social and mass media will motivate others, create a domino effect, and motivate numerous leaders to spread the movement.

 

If you are shy, motivate someone less shy to lead, and help create a group that can move together. Start with small steps, and keep building up.
