Form to request your “Move-friendly Organization” certification

1. Logo downloaded from VMove website with organization/unit listed.

2. Logo posted in key locations in premise.

3. Dissemination and sharing of VMove platforms (website/YouTube channel) to majority of personnel.

4. Photos/video showing adoption of VMove by a large group or in multiple locations with use of hand signal

    (preferably also share any promotional materials developed and give us your permission for us to use these on

    VMove platforms to help inspire others) is available.

5. Organization facilitating ways to promote, support and enable your personnel to VMove frequently.

6. The organization is o.k. with you representing the organization for this purpose, and you are able and willing to

     send the photo/video as  above, and the name of the organization as it should be listed on the certificate on their

     behalf.
